Having the right tools is essential to make your cooking experience smooth and enjoyable.
This module covers the basic utensils and equipment you need and the type of materials to choose.
Module 2: Navigate the Supermarket
I will walk you through each section of the supermarket and share tips to facilitate your journey at the supermarket.
You will also find a cheat sheet of the health benefits of the produce we are using in this course.
Module 3: Composed Meal Prep
In this module, I'll show you how to prepare ready to eat meals for the week.
We will prepare 2 breakfast options and 3 lunch and dinner options.
Module 4: Decomposed Meal Prep
The decomposed meal prep method involves preparing individual ingredients that can be easily mix and matched to create a variety of meals throughout the week.
We will prepare 12 ingredients that you can use throughout the week.
Module 5: Meals to Show Off
If you started to enjoy cooking and feel more confident, this module offers 3 recipes each paired with a dessert that take a bit more time and are perfect for inviting friends or family over.
Module 6: Proper Food Storage Techniques
Learn how to store your food properly to avoid food waste.
